Choose your Preference
Select between Matcha and Mulberry Matcha.
Prepare your tools
You’ll need a bowl (chawan or similar), a whisk (chasen or electric frother) small spoon and hot water at around 80 °C (176 °F).
Measure and mix
Add 1–2 spoonfuls of matcha to the bowl (approximately 2 grams). Pour in 60 ml of hot water.
Whisk
Whisk using a frother/chasen or spoon in a “W” motion until a fine foam forms.
